About us
Hello! We are a team of girls passionate about entrepreneurship and fashion. We love creating unique products that reflect our personality and style. We want to share our vision and offer something special, authentic and with a lot of dedication.
Our history
ZIO was born from the concept "zioa", which means "reason" in Basque. Behind our project there is a deeper reason than creating a fashion line. We want to be part of a sustainable process and contribute to the planet through our work.
Upcycling
We manufacture all our products based on recycled fabrics and leftover scrap from the production of jeans. We are part of an upcycling process where we collect fabric that is not going to be used and, therefore, give it a second life.
Production
The production process takes place within the peninsula. We produce our products in small workshops that work on handmade garments. We believe that being sustainable goes beyond the materials we use to make our bags, which is why we give a lot of importance to the places where we produce our products.
